Ghoul's Night Out Halloween Charcuterie Workshop Event

Join us for our biggest party of the year - you’re invited to our GHOUL’S NIGHT OUT HALLOWEEN CHARCUTERIE WORKSHOP EVENT!

Tuesday, October 28th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Odd Man Rush Brewing - 10930 Mausel St, Eagle River, AK 99577

In this hands-on class, you’ll enjoy spooky appetizers & delicious cocktails while learning to style a festive Halloween themed charcuterie arrangement that can easily be recreated at home! We’ll be teaching a total of 5 different cutting and styling techniques.

Guests will build their own personal charcuterie board after enjoying appetizers & a specialty cocktail flight.

Each ticket includes:

• Seasonal appetizers

• Cocktail flight, featuring three spooky specialty drinks

• 14" coffin shaped palm leaf charcuterie board

• paring knife & cutting board

• 3 cheeses

• 2 charcuterie meats

• Halloween themed accoutrements to complete your board

• Ghoul’s Night Out themed cookies from AK Sweets

• Spooky macarons from Mt. Magnificent Macarons

• Recipes & shopping list

• Entry into raffle for drinks & merch

Cocktail flight includes three upscale drinks: Pumpkin Butter Dark n Stormy, Witches’ Brew, & Black Magic Margarita.

Additional cocktail flights are ONLY available via preorder when purchasing event tickets (one additional drink flight allowed per guest).

Drinks from regular menu at Odd Man Rush Brewing will be available for purchase during the event.

This class is for anyone, charcuterie novices and enthusiasts alike. Come join us for a fun evening of drinks, food, and HALLOWEEN!

Costumes & Halloween attire are not required, but are strongly encouraged.
