Meet our Team.

Julieann

Julieann started Alaska Berry & Board in 2022 to share her love of holidays, celebrating, and delicious food. She’s worked at countless restaurants, coffee establishments & bars in her lifetime, and finds joy is feeding others.

Aside from being passionate about food, she holds a BS in behavioral psychology from Washington State University (go Cougs!) & works as an IT project manager. She was born & raised in Alaska, hates the cold but loves the scenery, is obsessed with football, and happily resides in Eagle River with her husband & four kids.

Zoey

Zoey is our original employee & most experienced charcuterist. She specializes in charcuterie preparations & grazing tables, and assists with our marketing & social media accounts. Always creative, she’s an experienced barista who loves to experiment with caffeinated flavors, and is waiting to start her cosmetology apprenticeship.

Alaska has always been Zoey’s home; she was born in Fairbanks, but moved to Eagle River ten years ago. In her spare time, she hangs out with her dog, shops, & reads poetry.

Grayce

Grayce started working with Alaska Berry & Board in the middle of 2022. Working as a charcuterist, she loves being able to be creative; she’s an expert at grazing tables & workshops.

If she’s not working with us, you’ll find Grayce with her two dogs and boyfriend. Aside from school and work, she spends as much time as possible with family and friends. She also works as an accountant, and is currently earning her bachelors degree in Business Management at the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Lauren

Originally from Alabama, Lauren moved to Alaska in the spring of 2023 when she & her husband, Pierce, and their 2 dogs, Polly & Pickle, were stationed at Elmendorf AFB. She is a charcuterist, and our merchandise & design lead.

Lauren graduated from The University of North Alabama with a BS in Fashion Merchandising & Design with a Certification in Innovation Engineering. As if 4 years of college wasn’t enough, Lauren has also completed the 1650-hours to earn her Hair Dressing License in the state of Alaska, and presently works at the Lexington Day Spa in downtown Anchorage.

Growing up in the south, Lauren developed a passion for hosting and learned the importance of a good meal and its ability to bring people together from none other than the best, her Nana. Lauren has been with Alaska Berry & Board for just at a year, and in addition to being able to work with a good group of people, it makes her feel right at home.

Jaidan

Jaidan joined Alaska Berry & Board as an official employee over the past year, and has enjoyed every moment of it, from creating grazing tables to gaining long friendships. She’s also been a part of our life for the past 6 years by being best friends with our Zoey! Jaidan is our go-to charcuterist for food prep & events.

Jaidan was born in Idaho, but has been raised in Alaska for the past 15 years and doesn’t plan on leaving any time soon. Aside from being an employee here, you’ll find her our hiking, fishing, kayaking and camping; she enjoys anything in the outdoors.
